The Midwest Krav Maga Schedule
Whether you’re here to build real self-defense skills, roll in jiu-jitsu, or hit the heavy bag for a high-energy workout, the Midwest Krav Maga Schedule has something for you.
We run classes six days a week—Monday through Saturday—with sessions focused on Krav Maga, jiu-jitsu, sparring (aka Sparology), and fitness. Classes run mostly in the late afternoons and evenings to fit around busy work and family schedules.
