Our Knight Jiu-Jitsu grappling system incorporates a variety of locks, chokes, and control tactics against opponents. We teach our members ground-fighting techniques and principles for sport and self-defense applications.
Heavy Bag Blast
With Heavy Bag Blast, we balance technique and realistic striking with functional fitness. The result is a well-rounded program that benefits everyone regardless of their goals.
